2 days!
Ok kids - so here is 2 days of updates - was in NH last night...

YEsterday -
BREAKFAST - 2 cups coffee with no fat no carb hazlenut creamer
2 slices oatmeal toast with reduced fat peanut butter.

Lunch - 2 cups salad, no dressing
1 servicg low-fat meat lasagne
1 glass diet mountain dew.

One banana

Small lean roast beef sandwich with horseradish mayo
Dill pickle, side salad, no dressing

no dessert, but had a couple of martinis!

Today - slept through breakfast
Lunch - i can campbells chicken soup

1 banana

Dinner - 2 c salad
1 serving of that same damn lasagna...

Ben bad about excercise, as I haven't been home until this afternoon. Will make it up tomorrow shoveling!

Hello! Airneail from MA.

I'm attempting to lose 50lbs. I'm beginning this on saturday. My clothing-size goal is a size 8. I'm currently wearing a women's US 12. Some of my size 10 clothing fits, but not all.

My weight is mainly in my stomach, thighs and bottom.

I am at the heaviest I have ever been right now.
